Luggage
All BALI BALI luggage is covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty covers:
- Wheels
- Zippers
- Handles
- Nylon compression straps
- Specific cracks or breakages in the polycarbonate shell
- Piping and protective bumpers
The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper handling
- Products purchased second-hand
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers, third-party discount retailers, or without valid proof of purchase from BALI BALI
- Cosmetic damage, including scratches, scuffs, dents, marks, and discoloration
- Normal wear and tear that does not affect the product's functionality or performance
Travel Bags, Backpacks
BALI BALI Travel Bags are covered by a Limited Two-Year Warranty from the original date of
purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If a manufacturing fault
occurs within the warranty period, BALI BALI will repair or replace the product at its discretion.
The Two-Year Warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper handling
- Products purchased second-hand
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers, third-party discount retailers, or without valid proof of purchase from BALI BALI
- Cosmetic damage, including scratches, scuffs, stains, and fading

Note: This warranty provides specific legal rights and applies only to products purchased
directly from BALI BALI or an authorized retailer. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from airline
handling, transportation providers, or normal wear associated with regular use.
